Aquamarine Hotel - Eilat

Clean and comfortable room, with a cozy atmosphere. The newly renovated lobby and dining area were excellent. The staff quickly resolved an issue with the first room and moved us to a much better one. Location is great, close to the beach. a pleasant stay. Would recommend.

Shower leaked water towards the toilet floor. Front door had a space and did not close completely. Very noisy environment. Hygiene in restaurant was very poor. Tv did not work, very small refrigirator.

Close to the airport, city centre and beach.

Outside looked very clean and smart. Inside there was a general air of shabbiness and lack of maintenance. Staff were polite but in a couldn't care less way. Our room had a cracked basin without a plug but as it took ages to drain that didn't matter too much anyway. If we had booked more than one night we would have moved. Breakfast was only served from 0700 to 0900.

Great location, friendly staff, amazing underwater experience, central hotel.

Room not cleaned well, walls require refurbishing, etc. In the Friday night there was a discotheque outside till 5AM, this was terrible - and I asked for the quiet room!

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and the sea, with easy access to transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff provided good service during our stay. Prices were reasonable, and the breakfast offered tasty and diverse options.

All in all, this hotel was a decent choice, although improvements could be made in terms of towels and bathroom cleanliness.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Despite being located just above the night clubs, the staff ensures a quiet night's sleep. Basic amenities are provided and the rooms are clean and spacious. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying.

The hotel is well located close to the shopping centers and in walking distance from the waterfront.

The hotel is very badly run down. When exiting the lift on the 3rd floor (where we stayed) we were shocked at the state of the badly maintained foyer! The carpets were very badly stained and were lifting up in many places. The windows were dirty and there was a broken bar-fridge that stood in the foyer outside one of the rooms for the 3 days we were there and it looked like it had been there for quite some time. We had no towels and extra blanket in the room - we had to ask to be brought some. The bathroom/toilet had a leak behind the toilet and it stank of urine all the time! There were no floor mats on the tiled bathroom floor which was so filthy that we had to throw a towel (we asked for an extra towel) on the floor just to walk on it.

Dirty, air-conditioner did not work properly, they did not clean the bathroom, the shower was crashed. Noisy outside.

Our city break was great! the hotel is centrally located and close to the beach. We enjoyed walking to the nearby restaurants and shops. the free parking was a huge plus, especially since we rented a car to explore the city. the room was spacious and clean. We appreciated having a minibar to keep our drinks cool.

The hotel is in need of some updating. the decor was outdated and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint.

It was wery comfortable, it was in the centre, and all were wery kindly.

Nice rooms: good furniture, clean bedclothes, pretty good bathroom. Good location: 5 minutes on foot from the airport and the beach, also there are 24-shop and very good restaurant next to the building.

— no WiFi, — absolutely awful breakfast, choice: yesterdays pasta, vegetables, eggs, bread and 3 kinds of jam + tea or instant coffe - that's it — no kettle in the room and the lobby doesn't work

The hotel has a prime location in the center, with close proximity to the beaches and all other tourist attractions. some rooms face a nearby nightclub and can be noisy. On the upside, the hotel staff is polite and accommodating. the breakfast, while basic, is enough to start the day. Rooms are clean and come with necessary amenities like air conditioning. There is also free parking space available.

The room decor and furniture could use some refurbishment.
